SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Elm Centre,
Toronto, Ontario
Owner: YWCA of Greater Toronto
Architect: Regional Architects and Hilditch Architects
Site servicing and grading design was prepared for a 300 unit residential tower while retaining a historic structure. The design included new service connections and the stormwater management solution involved roof top detention, green roof areas and infiltration trenches.
Regent Park Re-Development,
Toronto (Regent Park), Ontario
Owner: Toronto Community Housing
Architect: Architects Alliance
Site servicing and grading design was prepared for a 224 unit condominium tower within the Regent Park re-development area. The servicing and stormwater management design was co-ordinated with Toronto Housing’s subdivision design. The stormwater management solution for this LEED® Gold Certified project included a green roof, detention tank and infiltration in the form of Atlantis TanksTM in the boulevard for the irrigation of street trees.

A site servicing and grading plan as well as a stormwater management analysis was completed for this renovation and fourth floor addition to create a 29 unit building. This former rooming house was extensively damaged by fire and was left vacant for many years prior to the re-development.

A site servicing and grading plan as well as a stormwater management analysis was completed for the re-development of a church site within the Regent Park re-development area. The 87 unit building features roof top stormwater detention. New service connections were co-ordinated with the re-construction of Oak Street.
