Daniela Fanone

Daniela Fanone is the Controller for Valdor Engineering Inc.  With over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering and land development office environment, Daniela manages Valdor’s day-to-day administration operations.  Responsible for accounting, human resources as well as health and safety, Daniela ensures office efficiency, supervises office administrative staff and maintains office records.

 

Daniela has successfully managed all financial aspects of the firm with a very conservative approach.  Operating the invoicing system, including the collection of employee time sheets and the recording of project expenses, Daniela produces accurate and regular monthly invoicing for all engineering projects.  With regards to human resources, Daniela operates the payroll system, co-ordinates the recruitment of technical staff as well as assigns, trains and monitors all administrative and clerical office staff, Daniela also reviews and approves supply requisitions, maintains office equipment, updates organizational memberships, co-ordinates the preparation and submission of engineering proposals and ensures compliance with the corporate health and safety policy.

 

Daniela’s ability to manage a diverse and fast paced office has maintained a pleasant working environment for staff and an excellent relationship with Valdor’s clientele, which speaks highly to her character, determination and commitment.
