Head of Municipal Design

With over 32 years of experience Peter is responsible for overseeing all aspects of municipal design at VALDOR Engineering, bringing numerous years of experience with large scale municipal engineering / land development projects, stormwater management studies, functional servicing reports as well as industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-unit residential site servicing design.  His experience and involvement cover all aspects of the land development process including: preliminary feasibility studies; planning and draft plan preparation; detailed engineering design and approvals; tender and contract document preparation; supervision of construction; assumption procedures and review of cost sharing scenarios.

Peter places strong emphasis on his design team to produce efficient and cost-effective designs using sophisticated design and analysis software.  Peter has developed strong relationships with staff of the various approval agencies as well as a reputation for timely delivery, comprehensive knowledge and professionalism.  Through regular communication, potential problems are discovered early in the process and are resolved before the project is unduly delayed.  As a result, the approvals process is made smooth and thus shortened, to the client’s advantage.
